To limit non-essential visitors to schools, families are required to register online.

Please note: acceptance of your child’s registration is not complete until your neighbourhood school verifies the registration documentation.

To Register for the remaining 2020-21 school year:
    
      
    1. Verify your neighbourhood school. 
    
    2. Complete all sections of the registration form (Word | PDF), save and email to Ms. Shelley Colter at shelley.colter@hrce.ca

Complete this Request for Student Records form and click submit at the end.
   
    3. The following information must be attached (either scanned or a clear photo):

Proof of Identity – photo of birth certificate, passport, immigration papers or adoption papers
         
Proof of Civic Address – photo of current utility or phone bill
         
Photo of medical insurance/health card

Once you have completed the registration form, and have scanned copies or photos of all required documents, please email them to our Registrar, Ms. Shelley Colter at shelley.colter@hrce.ca
