Dartmouth High School

Dear Parents/Guardians of Senior class 2021

If you are driving by Dartmouth High, please take a minute to see the huge poster with the  graduation message on the side of Bus Shelter facing Sportsplex on Thistle Street.  A huge thanks to the Downtown Dartmouth Business Commission (Tim Rissesco) for sponsoring this.  It’s a great place to take some pics with your grad(s)!  Check it out!

We are still sorting through the potential graduation list and will have this finalized and posted in Google Classroom as soon as possible.  Please note that appointment times are being made for students by the school administration.  Students will only need to RSVP once they see their specific appointment time.

The graduation ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 24 for students whose surnames begin with A-L (9 a.m. -12 noon) by appointment.    And, students with surname beginning with M-Z  will attend their graduation ceremony on Friday, June 24  (9 a.m. – 12 noon) by appointment.

For interested graduates, we have started to collect fees at the office from students who wish to purchase a Graduation Gown, a V Stole, a Graduation Cap with the Black and Gold Tassel & the 2021 Insignia in advance for the price of $25.

Students also have the choice to pay for the above graduation attire package when available for pick up on Friday,  June 18 or on Monday, June 21 between 9-1 p.m.

Unfortunately, there has been a technical glitch with the online link for the yearbook purchase.  We apologize for any inconvenience! The company is sorting through this and we will send out a notification on the APP/Website/Twitter once this is up and running.

Yearbooks will arrive sometime in July for pick up at the school; we will send out a notification. However, students may pick up their yearbook in September if they are not able to pick it up on the -soon to be determined-  date in July.

Grades 9-12 Exams are scheduled to begin on Monday, June 14 through to Friday June 18. Students may check the exam schedule in Google Classroom.  Exams are scheduled for mornings, the afternoons are reserved for make up exams or conflicts, etc.

Please reach to the your child’s classroom teacher if you have any questions or concerns about your child’s academic progress.

Thanks in advance for your patience as we continue to sort through some unknowns.  We will continue to communicate as necessary over the next few days.

Stay safe, stay healthy!
