Year End Information

·         Please note that students will not be returning to the school to pick up Report cards.

·         Reports cards will be accessible on PowerSchool for viewing on June 30.

·         We would ask that you try to access Report Cards as soon as they are made available as PowerSchool will be closed for maintenance at some point in July, therefore will not be accessible.

·         Please see attachment for detailed information regarding Summer School.
·         Grade 9-11 Athletic and Extracurricular Awards may be picked up at the school on June 28 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
·         Contact the Transportation team at transportation@hrce.ca or 902-431-HRCE (4723) if you have questions about bussing for next year.

·         Graduates who did not attend graduation may pick up their high school diploma, transcripts certificates and academic or athletic awards on Monday, June 28  between 9-11 noon and again from 1-3 p.m.

·         Good Bye Grad video went live on June 23 and may be viewed anytime.  Check it out if you haven’t already done so.  https://youtu.be/i4nu9TyscYY . It was put together by the outgoing student council co-presidents: Josie Franson and Abby Gaines.

·         Please email our registrar, Ms. Colter for summer transcripts which may be picked up on July 30 (9 a.m. -12 noon)  and  August 25-27 (9 a.m. – 12:00 noon) and (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)  Ms. Colter’s email address is on our website.

·         For Grads attending university or NSCC in Nova Scotia, please note that transcripts will be uploaded automatically after graduation.

·         Grads attending a post-secondary institution outside of Nova Scotia, or a private college within Nova Scotia, please complete on-line form immediately on our website so that your transcript can be forwarded.

·         We are still missing textbooks and library books.  Students are to return these items to the school by June 30 to avoid receiving an invoice.

·         Chromebooks that do not make it back to the school will be inaccessible.  We would appreciate getting back these valuable assets.

·         2021 ATLAS Summer Camp – SuperNova is offering the following for grades 10-12 students who are naturally logical minded and are fascinated by space at no cost from July 19-30. Interested students may submit an application at linktr.ee/supernovaatdal ; select ATLAS Academy, then Summer Application.

·         Congrats to our 2021 Grads!  We know you will do us proud!

·         We look forward to seeing our returning students and families next year. With any, luck we’ll be Covid-19 free!!
