As noted in the email sent home last week, the procedure for cancelled school days during the final assessment period is to push everything back by one day per snow day.
Due to the storm days this week, final exams will now be written on Friday, January 30 and Monday, February 2.
Students will follow the Day A schedule on both days. Exams will be written in classrooms, and the gymnasium will no longer be used.
Tuesday, February 3rd will now be the Assessment and Evaluation Day (no classes for students that day) and the first day of second semester will be Wednesday, February 4th.
Grade 9 classes will be pushed to those same days, with grade 9s following their regular Day A and Day B schedule on Wednesday and Thursday, and the adjusted schedule sent out last week for Friday and the following Monday.
